Jeff brings to every Peak Performance Program a deep and diverse range of
knowledge, insight and expertise drawn from more than 30 years of business experience as an
executive, manager, leader, coach, consultant and entrepreneur. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Jeff has completed advanced executive education programs at Columbia University, the University of California at Berkeley and the Center for Creative Leadership.
He has worked for some of the world's most outstanding
organizations including Fluor Corporation, Southern California Gas
Company, Hughes, California Institute of Technology, The Irvine
Company, ADP, CB/Richard Ellis, Oracle, Avery Dennison, Bechtel,
Bank of America, and Union Pacific.
International Experience
Jeff has worked with more than 60 nationalities, built and led cross-functional
and multi-cultural teams and traveled in 35 countries. He has coached
more than 200 executives from all over the world. He has served
as executive coach for Columbia University Business School's prestigious
Senior Executive Program, which draws participants from the world's
elite corporations.
